1. Sand blasting room
It is mainly used for surface sand blasting, removing rust and decontamination of shipyard, bridge, chemical industry, container, water conservancy, machinery, pipeline equipment and spare parts.
This machine is a special reciprocating sand blasting machine, which consists of shot-peening chamber, shot-peening device, Screw Conveyor, elevator, separator, Shot distributing system, flat car system, flat car guide and support, lighting system, the bottom funnel, grid plate, dust- removing system, electric control system and so on.

2. Dustless blasting machine
The sandblasting machine uses sandblasting abrasive (such as corundum, glass beads, etc.) and liquid (water) as the medium, and uses compressed air as the power to spray the surface of solid workpieces.

3. Vacuum sand blasting machine
As the actual blasting is sealed off by a brush head, dust andabrasives are immediately vacuumed by a powerful suction unit.
The separator and silo fully recycle the collected, used abrasives.
The automatically contained dust can be simply discharged.
The vacuum blasting is a safe blasting solution for confined or critical areas (with a lower working speed compared to ¡®open¡¯ blasting).

4. Portable sand blasting machine

5. Sand blasting machine for processing rod surface
It can be used for round-link chain, anchor line and wire shot blast cleaning. It Can not only remove the surface rust, oxide skin of work piece , but also can improve the anti fatigue strength of anchor line, increase the paint film adhesion of work piece, and ultimately improve the surface and internal quality.
