1. Waste water treatment equipment
The rinsing waste water mainly includes acid washing waste water. The water treatment equipment can centrally treat the waste water in the production process, and the cleaned water is recycled and reused.
2. Waste flux treatment equipment
The flux treatment equipment is suitable for the regeneration of the flux solution from the HDG production line. The waste flux solution can be directly reused after treated by the flux treatment equipment to realize resource utilization.

4. Acid fume scrubber
As an important environmental protection equipment for galvanizing line, our waste acid fume scrubber can deal with various inorganic acids and organic acids from sulfuric acid, nitric acid, hydrochloric acid, formic acid, acetic acid, and propionic acid, hydrofluoric acid, hydrogen sulfide, and so on.
5. Bag filter
During the hot-dip galvanizing, you may need our fume filter to deal with the fume pollutant. The main components of the fume include the evaporated ammonium chloride and zinc chloride during the heating, and the evaporated aluminium chloride during the reaction between sovent and galvanising solution, as well as a little zinc oxide powder. As a pollutant filter for galvanizing, this filting device can effectively remove the pollutants in the fume.
6. Vacuum distillation method waste acid recycling system
The system is based on the vacuum distillation technique. The solution containing FeCl2 and HCL will be heated in a vacuum environment, thus the HCL and water will be evaporated. The vapor then will be condensed and collected to get low concentration HCL. In the original solution, non-volatile FeCl2 will become saturated. Then the solution will be cooled to reduce the FeCl2 solubility. During this step, FeCl2 will turn into crystal, and get separated from the solution.
7. Roasting method waste acid recycling system
The roasting method waste acid recovery system is a core process that decomposes waste acid at high temperatures and recovers it for reuse, widely used in industrial acid washing wastewater treatment. The core process includes three key steps: pretreatment, high-temperature calcination, and gas absorption, which can achieve the resource regeneration of waste acid and meet the emission standards of pollutants.
8. Zinc Ash Recovery Furnaces
Our zinc ash recovery furnaces are special equipment for hot-dip galvanization. They can recover the free zinc from the zinc ash. The retrieved zinc can be used directly to the hot-dip galvanizing, while the leftover zinc ash can be sold to the zinc chemical plant. If you want to lower the zinc consumption and enhance the utilization rate, you will need the zinc ash recovery furnaces.
