1. Zinc pump

Zinc pumps use the centrifugal force generated by the high speed vane to convey melted zinc, usually to a higher place. They are necessary equipment for the regular maintenance and leakage repairing of the galvanizing kettle, as well as the flooded galvanizing method. As zinc pumps for galvanizing line, the main parts of the pumps, like vane wheel, shell, and seal cartridge, etc. are made of special steel alloy which can resist the corrosion of the zinc. So the pump can effectively control the flow rate, temperature decline, and the thermal expansivity, meeting your requirements for long-term operation of the galvanizing equipment.

2. Zinc Stripping Equipment For Jigs

3. Cooling tower

The cooling tower system is used to circulate and cool the water in the cooling tank. The cooling tower includes the cooling tower body and the cooling water circulation system.

4. Oil separation tank

Steel strip oil scraper, installed on the upper part of the oil separation tank, with a portion of the circular steel strip submerged below the liquid level. The circular steel strip continuously rotates, and due to its surface being lipophilic and hydrophobic, the oil stains on the liquid surface adhere to the steel strip. The rising steel strip carries the oil stains out of the liquid surface and transports them to the rubber scraper for scraping, thus achieving the purpose of oil-water separation. The separated oil is stored in a container and outsourced for disposal as hazardous waste. To ensure the quality of degreasing, if the waste degreasing solution and degreasing rinse water are contaminated to a certain extent, they will be outsourced for treatment. The device has a small size and low energy consumption.

10. PSA Hydrogen Making Machine for Continuous Galvanizing Line

PSA Hydrogen production unit is a kind of equipment which uses the mixed gas containing hydrogen (ammonia dissociation gas, methanol reforming, natural gas reforming, etc.) as raw material, through special molecular sieve, and uses PSA principle to obtain hydrogen at room temperature. According to the difference of adsorption amount of hydrogen, nitrogen and other gases on the surface of molecular sieve and the diffusion rate of hydrogen and nitrogen in carbon molecular sieve, the opening and closing of program-controlled valve is controlled by programmable controller to realize the process of pressure adsorption and pressure reduction desorption, complete the separation of hydrogen, nitrogen and other gases, and obtain the hydrogen with required purity.

11. Ammonia Decomposition Hydrogen Generation Unit for Steel coil Hot dip Galvanizing Line

Liquid ammonia is used as raw material in the ammonia decomposition hydrogen generation unit. After gasification, the mixture containing 75% hydrogen and 25% nitrogen is produced by heating and decomposition under the action of catalyst. Pure hydrogen with 99.999% purity can be further prepared by pressure swing adsorption.

12. PSA Nydrogen Making Machine for Steel coil Hot dip Galvanizing Line

The ambient air is compressed and purified to remove oil, water and dust, and then enters into a PSA device composed of two adsorption towers filled with carbon molecular sieves. Compressed air flows through the adsorption tower from bottom to top, during which oxygen molecules are adsorbed on the surface of carbon molecular sieve, nitrogen flows out from the upper end of the adsorption tower and enters the coarse nitrogen buffer tank. After a period of time, the oxygen adsorbed on carbon molecular sieve in the adsorption tower is saturated and needs to be regenerated. Regeneration is achieved by stopping the adsorption step and reducing the pressure of the adsorption tower. The two adsorption towers conduct adsorption and regeneration alternately to ensure the continuous output of nitrogen.

13. Nitrogen purification machine

It is suitable for the process with high oxygen content and no excessive hydrogen requirement.
