3. High aluminium anti-leakage plating agent

Product introduction:

The high aluminium anti-leakage plating agent is mainly used in hot-dip galvanizing process, suitable for situations where the aluminum content is high in the zinc bath. By adjusting the composition of the zinc bath, the leakage phenomenon can be prevented. Its core components include zinc chloride, ammonium chloride, and high aluminum compounds, which can form a stable protective film during the galvanizing process, ensuring the integrity and anti-corrosion performance of the coating.

Applicable scenarios:

This additive is mainly used in the metal surface treatment industry, especially in zinc based alloy plating solutions with high aluminum content. It can solve the problem of missed plating caused by aluminum interference and is suitable for the anti-corrosion needs of industrial pipelines, building hardware and other products.

After passivation treatment, the surface of the coating will react to form a thin trivalent chromium passivation film, which has excellent corrosion resistance, high temperature yellowing resistance, and fingerprint resistance.
