1. Steel coil color coating line

2. Aluminum coil coating line & two coat two bake line
Aluminum coils is painted and baked twice in coating lines to ensure high resistancand an appealing appearance. For exterior grade panels, it is painted with PVDF Kynar 500 fluorocarboncoating. For interior grade panels, it is painted with polyester coating.
3. Electrocoating line
We can supply the electrocoating line, which is also called as electrophoretic coating line, E-coat line or Ecoating line, Electro-Deposition coating line, ED coating line, E-coat systems, Electrocoat systems, or E-coat dipping. According to the electrode polarity of the electrophoretic process, it can be divided into two types: cathodic electrophoresis and anodic electrophoresis. According to the transmission mode and structure, electrophoretic coating lines can be divided into 1) Monorail E-coating Line; 2) Gantry stepping e-coating line; 3) Accumulation conveyor E-coating line; 4) Trolley hoists E-coating line; 5) E-coating aluminum line. Different electrophoretic coating lines are suitable for different workpieces.
1) Monorail E-coating Line: Monorail electrophoresis coating line is a kind of coating equipment system that uses the push rod suspension chain conveyor to suspend the workpiece on the coating line, also called rail type electrophoresis line, continuous electrophoresis line. The application scope of the monorail e-coating line is mainly the coating production line for automobiles and auto parts. The production ine can be diveded into Automotive body treatment E-coating line, Auto parts electrophoresis line, Multi-color electrophoresis line.
Automotive Body Treatment E-coating Line: The advantages and characteristics of electrodeposition coating lines applied to car body painting are as follows: 1) Electrodeposition coating can form a uniform, dense, and corrosion-resistant coating on the car body surface, effectively protecting the car body steel from rust; 2) Electrodeposition coating can improve the penetration of the car body cavity, making the cavity also achieve a high film thickness, enhancing the corrosion resistance of the car body¡¯s inner surface; 3) Electrodeposition coating can reduce the waste and environmental pollution of the paint because the electrodeposition paint is water-based, has a low solvent content, and can be recycled by ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis devices.
Auto parts electrophoresis line: The advantages of electrodeposition coating applied to automotive parts are: 1) Form a uniform, dense, and corrosion-resistant coating on the metal surface, effectively protecting the parts from rust and extending their service life. 2) Coat complex shapes and hollow parts with high efficiency and low waste, as the paint particles are attracted by the electric field and deposited on the parts until the desired film thickness is reached. 3) Reduce the environmental impact of the coating process, as the electrodeposition paint is water-based, has a low solvent content, and can be recycled by ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis devices. 4) Improve the coating quality and appearance, as the electrodeposition coating is an automated coating method, not affected by manual operation.
Multi-color electrophoresis line: The advantages of electrodeposition coating applied to automotive parts are: 1)The rail-suspended conveying line can effectively save space, shorten the length of the coating line, and reduce investment costs. 2) The rail-suspended conveying line can achieve automatic workpiece reloading, variable pitch transport, fast travel, and accumulation storage, improving production efficiency and flexibility. 3) Rail-suspended conveyor lines can adapt to the coating of complex shapes and hollow parts, ensuring uniformity and quality of the coating film. 4) The rail-suspended conveyor line reduces paint loss and environmental pollution as the electrophoretic paint is water-based, has a low solvent content, and can be recycled through ultra-filtration and reverse osmosis units.
2) Gantry Stepping E-coating line: The production line is a modern, automated coating system for painting the surface of objects during the manufacturing process. It is usually supported by a large gantry frame to move the coating equipment around to apply a uniform coating on the workpiece.
3) Accumulation conveyor e-coating line: The production line is a transfer system for the application of electrodeposition coating which combines accumulation transfer and e-coating technology. In this system, workpieces are transferred one by one through the accumulation transfer line to the coating area and then treated with an electrophoretic coating. The production line ombines accumulation transfer and electrodeposition coating technology, widely used in a variety of painting applications, such as automotive manufacturing, furniture manufacturing and metalwork painting, to achieve efficient, high-quality painting operations.
4) Trolley hoists E-coating line: The production line uses a self-propelled trolley crane as a conveyor system. Depending on the characteristics of the transmission line, the line is also designed accordingly with a matching workpiece handling link. With its distinctive features, the trolley hoist electrophoresis coating line is the latest technological application and is widely used for the electrophoresis coating of heavy workpieces because of its flexibility and greater reliability. The production line combines accumulation transfer and electrodeposition coating technology, widely used in a variety of painting applications, such as automotive manufacturing, furniture manufacturing, and metalwork painting, to achieve efficient, high-quality painting operations.
5) E-coating aluminium line: The production line is used for surface treatment of the aluminum die casting products and widely used in automotive parts, electronic radiators, furniture hardware and construction profiles.
4. Powder coating line
We can supply the production line from simple manual coating equipment to fully automatic powder coating lines. 5. Liquid coating line
The production line is an automated production line for the coating of liquid materials. It consists mainly of coating equipment, conveyor systems, control systems and paint supply systems. The produciton line is used in a wide range of industrial applications such as automotive manufacturing, furniture manufacturing, metalworking and building decoration.
