According to the different treatment way, the production line can be divided into immersion type phosphating line and spray type phosphating line. According to the different workpieces, the production line can be divided into 1. Wire rod and steel bar pickling & phosphating line; 2. Steel pipe pickling & phosphating line; 3. Wet sandblasting phosphating line; 4. Standard parts automatic phosphating line.
Immersion type phosphating line: Contains a phosphating solution, which is usually a mixture of phosphoric acid, metal salts (such as zinc, manganese, or iron salts), and accelerators.The workpieces are immersed in the tank, and a chemical reaction occurs on the surface, forming a phosphate conversion coating.The tank has a temperature - control system to maintain the proper reaction temperature, usually around 50 - 95ˇăC.The coating thickness can be controlled by adjusting the immersion time, solution concentration, and temperature.
Spray type phosphating line: Used to apply the phosphating solution to the workpiece surface by spraying. It offers a more uniform coating on workpieces with irregular shapes. The system also includes a filtration unit to remove any particulate matter from the phosphating solution and a drying unit to remove excess water before the coating process.
1. Wire rod and steel bar pickling & phosphating line
The production line can be divided into circle type, U-type and straight type. Circule type: suitable for high and low carbon wire rod and steel bar materials with similar process requirements, with high efficiency, large output and good fault tolerance; U-type: suitable for high and low carbon wire rods and stainless steel wire rods and steel bar with different varieties and processing requirements, with large output; Straight type: suitable for manufacturers with compact plant structure and low output requirements. There is no limit to the variety of wire rods and steel bar.
2. Steel pipe pickling & Phosphating line
Compared with wire rod pickling and phosphating equipment, most of the medium for steel pipe pickling and phosphating equipment is sulfuric acid, and a small part uses hydrochloric acid. Most users are more suitable for linear type, because the tank body of steel pipe pickling and phosphating equipment is thinner and longer than that of wire rod pickling and phosphating equipment.
3. Wet sandblasting phosphating line
It is widely used in machinery, automotive parts, motorcycle parts, rubber oil seal skeleton parts, pre-painting treatment and other phosphating, cleaning treatment.
