2. Steel plate blasting painting drying machine

8. Steel pipe blasting machine
1) Steel pipe outer surface: appropriate for steel pipes anti-corrosion pre-treatment in water supply, water, natural gas, mining, oil field and coal gas pipelines shot blasting in seabed or desert areas, used for improving appearance quality and surface processing of product components.
2) Steel pipe inner surface: appropriate for inner surface treatment of steel pipes, remove surface oxide skin and welding slag these sundries, good metallic luster and large surface area, better for surface spraying and coating,widely used in petrochemical, steel, urban central heating and water supply drainage.

13. Spring shot blasting machine
Parts are moved along horizontal rollers through the entire installation, which is designed to harden the surfaces of valve and suspension springs with a speed of about 5000 springs per hour, depending on the relevant requirements. The springs are fed into the unit individually by conveyors, and then moved to the processing site. The movement of parts is carried out using cams attached to chains.
14. Locomotive vehicle blasting machine
Sand blasting room is mainly used for sand/shot blasting and derusting of carbody, bogie and underframe of railway rolling stock. This kind of sand blasting room adopts the technology of reinforced honeycomb sand sucking floor, it is no need to use the bucket elevator, belt-conveyer or mechanical operation parts during the circulation of abrasive materials.
