1. Introduction

This production line unitis manufactured by our new patented technology, and its advantages are: advanced automatic control sytem,convenient operation, high production eficiency, low energy consumption, and can produce high-quality aluminum alloy rods.
We can provide diferent equipment configurations according to the needs of users: The equipment can also cast ingots with a cross-sectional areaof 2330mm2 without changing the basic configuration of the equipment, which can produce not only EC aluminum rods, but also 6 series and 8 series aluminum alloy rods of Ф9.5mm with various formulas.
The production line is mainly composed of continuous casting machine, auxiliary machine, continuous rolling mill, quenching & take-up device and emulsion cooling system, lubrication system for gearbox, electric control system, external cooing water system. When produce aluminum alloy rod, need adding auxiliary eauipment like filter degassing deyice, induction furnace.
