1. Introduction

We are the first in the industry to design and manufacture the alloy ingot wheel and belt casting production line based on the belt casting process, which is used for the continuous casting production of aluminum alloy trapezoidal ingots.
This production line adopts quasi-horizontal casting, and the steel belt is tightened by cylinder tightening, cooling on four sides, sixteen sections flow control, adjustable pressure, and the flow rate of each section can be displayed remotely.

The electrical control adopts the human-machine interface touch screen to exchange data with the PLc in two directions, and realizes the monitoring and control of the system through the program control of the PLC. The aluminum alloy ingot stacking system adopts advanced auiomalion technology and pneumatic technology, and stacks produced aluminum alloy ingots according to standard rules.
The ingot produced by this production ine have good qauality, smooth and flat in appearance, fine and compact internal metal grain structure, no oxide bubbles and obvious surface oxides, also the production capacity is greatly improved.
