1. Introduction

1.1. Introduction of SH7000 copper rod continuous casting and rolling production line

With years of industry design, manufacturing experience and technology combined with the advanced technology conception, we have developed, designed and manufactured the SH7000 Copper Rod Continuous Casting and Rolling Production Line, that achieve a major breakthrough in large tonnage, continuous and large scale production of domestic copper rod production equipment. It is the only ¡°Intelligent Manufacturing In China¡± of similar products that can participate in international competition, and is comparable to similar international equipment in terms of technological advancement and product quality.

We are also the only professional manufacturing service provider capable of providing a complete set of large scale copper rod continuous casting and rolling production line (from copper melting furnace, holding furnace to continuous casting and rolling, coiling unit and electrical control system) for design, manufacture, installation, commissioning, and after sales service.

This production line uses copper cathode as raw material, and users can choose matching shaft furnace and holding furnace of different tonnages for continuous production according to production capacity requirements.

Copper molten liquid is transformed into the solid casting bar with good grain structure and good metallurgical performance through the casting machine. The PLC system automatically controls the rolling speed so that the casting bar leaves the casting machine at a constant speed, which efectively ensures the quality of casting bar and reduces the intensity of work. The copper molten liquid level is controlled by automatically adjusting the low to the casting wheel. The liquid level is also monitored by CCTV and form a PLC control signal by image analysis. It can control the flow automatically.

The continuous rolling mill adopts 2-roller type and is driven by individual AC servo motor to ensure the speed adjustment accuracy and improve the product quality. The bearings are non-abrasive oil film bearings, which confirm the rolling accuracy of the roller in long term service.

The electrical control system adopts the human-machine interface touch screen to exchange data with the PLC by means of LAN communication, and realizes the monitoring and control of the working status and fault alarm of each machine through the PLC program control. The process monitoring and data detection system shows the production procedure and related data in a visual way to the operator provides real-time monioring of production procedure and historical process variables, and enables display and call of network data online.

The SH7000 production line has a high degree of automation with characteristics of convenient operation and maintenance, high production efficiency, low energy consumption, reasonable manufacturing, installation and commissioning time, convenient after sales service and faster investment recovery. It has obvious advantages in price and services, and become the first choice for domestic large copper processing company to improve the capacity, quality of products and decrease the production costs.

1.2. Introduction of SH2500 copper rod continuous casting and rolling production line

The SH2500 Copper rod continuous casting and rolling production line is designed and manufactured by Eagleflying based on its rich experience over the years and combined with international advanced technology. The production capacity is 17T/h. lt is one of the earliest and most mature products of Eagleflying and it is also the most widely recognized traditional production line by domestic and foreign customers.

The raw material of this production line can be copper scrap or copper cathode. lf customers use copper scrap as raw material, they can use refining furnace as melting furnace; if they use copper cathode as raw material, they can choose 16T/h shaft furnace and 8T holding furnace for continuous production.

The production line adopts six-wheel horizontal casting machine. The casting point is at 12:04 of the clock. The angle between the pouring nozzle and the horizontal line is 24¡ă, which reduces the vortex flow and bubbles and reduces cracks of copper ingots while casting. The quality of copper ingots obviously better than that of the vertical casing. The continuous rolling mill adopts a combination of 2-roller type and 3-roller type rolling stands. Vertical rolling stands, horizontal rolling stands, Y shape upper and lower transmission rolling stands are arranged alternately to increase the compression ratio and effectively improve the grain structure of the copper ingots. lt greatly improves the quality of copper rod and make it be convenient for wire drawing.

The take-up system has two ways: dual basket take-up (drop coiler) and hydraulic take-up. The coiling of dual basket take-up is loose with fast heat dissipation, but the appearance is not good enough. The coiling of hydraulic take-up is compact with nice appearance, and it is convenient for long distance transportation so that it improves the grade and increase the value of the products.

The electrical control system adopts DC main motor and advanced Siemens full digital speed control device to synchronize the speed of the casting machine, roling mill and take-up system. The programmable logic controller (PLC) and human-machine interface (HMl) can control the entire production line of the main machine and auxiliary machines, as well as display and detect the operating parameters and faults of the equipment.
