The oxygen free copper casting rod produced by upward casting method is a highly conductive electrical material with advantages such as high conductivity, low oxygen content, and good elongation. This upward drawing continuous casting unit specializes in producing oxygen free copper rods with diameters ranging from 8 to 11mm, 12 to 20mm, 15 to 25mm, and 25 to 35mm. Equipped with a cold rolling unit, it can roll 17mm or 20mm oxygen free copper rods into 8mm, which is beneficial for drawing fine wires and greatly reduces the wire breakage rate. The product is mainly used for wire, cable, electromagnetic wire, continuous extruded copper rod blanks, flat copper bars, hollow copper tubes and other shaped materials.

Equipment composition: power frequency induction melting copper furnace, computer touch screen control PLC synchronous traction system, four column upward drawing continuous casting machine, synchronous control system for continuous casting machine and wire winding machine, frequency conversion automatic wire laying wire winding machine/low-voltage induction automatic wire winding machine, three-phase balance electric control system, cold rolling mill and electric control.

Process: Melting furnace feeding and melting → insulation furnace → water-cooled crystallizer → continuous traction → casting oxygen free copper rod
